This Privacy Policy explains what information Dalinplug ("Dalinplug", "we", "us" or "our") collects through the website at dalinplug.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how it is handled. It covers the Site only. Individual Dalinplug products, such as those on subdomains of dalinplug.com, have their own separate privacy policies covering the data they process once you start using them.

1. Information we collect

The Site is a static marketing page with one data-collecting feature: the contact form. When you submit it, we collect:

• Your name, as you type it into the form;
• Your email address, so we can reply to you;
• Your message, describing what you are getting in touch about.

We also automatically receive your IP address when you submit the form. It is used only to apply a short-lived rate limit that blocks automated spam (at most 5 submissions per 10 minutes from the same address); it is not stored alongside your submission and is not linked to your name or email.

We do not collect payment details, passwords, or account information through the Site — those only exist within individual Dalinplug products, under their own privacy policies.

2. How we use it

We use the information submitted through the contact form to:

• Respond to your enquiry;
• Send you an automatic confirmation email acknowledging that we received your message, including a reference ticket number;
• Notify our support team internally that a new enquiry has arrived.

We do not use contact form submissions for advertising, do not sell them, and do not use them to build marketing profiles.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (given by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed to us.

The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It only loads its own stylesheets and scripts, needed to render the page and its navigation.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site, including transport encryption (HTTPS), standard security response headers, and a honeypot and rate limit on the contact form to reduce automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted to us, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the contact form.
