Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dalinplug.com and all of its associated subdomains, including but not limited to any subdomain you access to sign up for or use a product we operate (collectively, the "Website" or the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Dalinplug ("Dalinplug", "we", "us" or "our") operates dalinplug.com and its subdomains, together making up a connected set of products for business operations, commerce, payments and communication. These Terms apply across all of them as a single set of terms, so you do not need to read a separate agreement for each subdomain you use.

2. Using the Services

You may browse the Services and use the contact form for legitimate enquiries. Where a subdomain offers account creation, you agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and remain responsible for activity under your account, including activity authorized through biometric or device-based sign-in. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, probing them for vulnerabilities without authorization, or using them to distribute unlawful or harmful content.

3. The contact form

When you submit a contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide and store them so we can respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled. Submitting the form does not create a contract between you and Dalinplug and does not enrol you in any product or service.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Some subdomains offer paid subscriptions, trials, or usage-based plans. Where they do, pricing, billing interval and entitlements follow what is presented to you during signup or checkout, and paid access is governed by our Refund Policy in addition to these Terms. Some subdomains are also organized around a customer, organization or team account rather than an individual one; where that is the case, the administrator(s) of that account are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, for authorizing the users they add, and for the lawful use of any records they manage through it.

To operate and secure our Services, Dalinplug products may record administrative and security-relevant actions in audit logs. Across all Dalinplug products, these audit logs are retained for 12 months from the date they are created and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

5. Payments, money movement and identity verification

Some subdomains provide payment, money-movement, or credit-related features, such as card processing, transfers, withdrawals, bill payment, savings, or buy-now-pay-later style credit. Where they do, the following applies in addition to the rest of these Terms:

• How these features are provided. Regulated financial services accessible through a subdomain - including card processing, withdrawals, identity verification, savings custody, bill payment, transfers, and deferred-payment credit - are provided by contracted, licensed financial partners authorized to operate in the jurisdictions we serve. Dalinplug is not a bank, does not hold customer funds directly, and is not the lender of record for any credit product made available through the Services. Availability of any feature depends on the supported partner, product, and your eligibility and jurisdiction.
• Eligibility and identity verification. You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements of the law that applies to you to register for a payment-related account. Certain features (identity verification, card linking, withdrawals, savings, transfers, bill payment, and deferred-payment credit) require completing identity verification against the government identity credentials recognized in your jurisdiction, through a licensed identity partner, before they are enabled.
• Acceptable use. In addition to the acceptable-use terms below, you agree not to use any payment or money-movement feature for fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing, or to attempt to circumvent identity verification, transaction limits, or security controls. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, poses a security or compliance risk, or is required to be restricted by a licensed partner, regulator, or applicable law.
• Transactions. Card payments, transfers, withdrawals, and bill payments are processed through contracted payment, banking, and switch partners. Where a provider response is delayed or ambiguous, the relevant subdomain keeps the transaction in a pending or under-review state rather than marking it as failed, and reconciles the final outcome once the provider confirms it. Full card details are never stored directly; card linking uses provider-hosted tokenization.
• Savings and deferred-payment credit. Where enabled, savings accounts and deposit custody are provided by a licensed financial partner, and the relevant subdomain presents the partner-reported account and transaction lifecycle. Deferred-payment credit eligibility, credit decisions, pricing, and repayment terms are set by a licensed lending partner, not Dalinplug. Review the lender's specific offer terms before accepting any deferred-payment product.
• Fees. Transaction and partner fees, where applicable, are disclosed before you confirm a payment, withdrawal, or other chargeable action.
• Account security. You are responsible for keeping your device, password, and any enrolled biometric authentication secure. Report a lost or stolen device, or any suspected unauthorized access, to us immediately at [email protected]. You can review and revoke active sessions and registered devices from your account security settings at any time.
• Additional disclaimer. Dalinplug is not liable for actions, delays, or failures of third-party licensed partners, payment networks, or financial institutions outside our control, except to the extent applicable law does not permit that limitation.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their text, design, graphics and the Dalinplug name and logo, are owned by Dalinplug or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial reference, or for the ordinary use of a product you are a customer of. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from the Services' content without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, their underlying infrastructure, or any account or system connected to them;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services' operation, including through automated scraping that places undue load on them;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, when using the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dalinplug will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dalinplug is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where a subdomain offers a regulated financial or payment feature, your use of that feature is additionally subject to the courts and regulatory framework with jurisdiction over the licensed partner providing it.
