Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at dalinplug.com (the "Site") and any Dalinplug products linked from it. Individual Dalinplug products, such as those on subdomains of dalinplug.com, may have their own separate terms that apply when you use that product; where those terms conflict with this document, the product-specific terms govern your use of that product.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Dalinplug ("Dalinplug", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Site to describe its products and to let visitors get in touch about product and business enquiries. The Site itself does not process payments, host user accounts, or store product data — that functionality lives on the individual Dalinplug product sites linked from the Site, each governed by its own terms.

2. Using the site

You may browse the Site and use the contact form for legitimate enquiries about Dalinplug and its products. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probing it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or using it to distribute unlawful or harmful content.

3. The contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide and store them so we can respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled. Submitting the form does not create a contract between you and Dalinplug and does not enrol you in any product or service.

4. Dalinplug products

Where the Site links to a Dalinplug product (for example, on a subdomain such as pay.dalinplug.com), that product is a separate application with its own terms of service, pricing and signup process. These Terms apply only to the Site itself; using a Dalinplug product means you also agree to that product's own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics and the Dalinplug name and logo, is owned by Dalinplug or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or the contact form to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or any account or system connected to it;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through automated scraping that places undue load on it;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, when contacting us.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dalinplug will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
